Alan Kraut

With the WSOP going on in Las Vegas, it must be difficult for Alan to be here rather than there.  In an interview done during the Spring Open, he tells this story about last year's main event:

At the 2012 World Series of Poker Main Event, his first WSOP main event, Kraut was seated at a table with soon-to-be main event champion Greg Merson.
“I had Greg all in and drawing thin on Day 2,” Kraut said. “In his own words, he punted and got there. There was over 100 big blinds in the pot and it crippled me and sent him on his way.”
Within about 30 minutes Kraut was out of the tournament. Merson went on to win the whole thing for more than $8.5 million.
