Ryan Hall, Day 1B Chip Leader
$3,000 Bonus

On the last hand of the night Ryan Hall (Newark, DE) picks up an extra 5k in chips which is the difference between first and second in chips.

Hall bags 135,250 for the chip lead and the $3,000 bonus.

"I played pretty well," says Hall, "I'm free-rolling now, so that's nice."

On the final hand, Hall says he made a tough call on the river with four suits on board while holding King-Jack.  Hall's two pairs are good for the pot and the bonus.

"That's disgusting," laughs Matt Elson (Brooklyn, NY), who finishes one blue chip behind at 130,650.

Elson takes home the $2,000 bonus for finishing second in chips to which he says, "I'm cool with that."

Day 1B finished with 137 players to go along with the 37 from Day 1A, meaning 174 players are in the running for the $198,186 first place prize.

Day 1A chip leader Dan Wach is the big stack with 152,250 (254 bb) while the average stack is 51k (85 bb).

Championship: Pair of Queens Out

$2500 + $200 Championship Deep Stack Double Play NLH (Re-Entry)

Table 2, Seat 9 has seen two of Borgata's queens hit the rail.

First Nancy Martin (Washington Crossing, PA) busts and her replacement Grace Sun (Merrick, NY) doesn't fare any better, she's out too.

As the clock on Level 8 (250/500/50 ante) winds down we see Joe Wertz (Brigantine, NJ) get his pocket Aces cracked by Ari Albilia (Syosset, NY) who spikes a 10 on the river for a set.

Play is stopped with 10 minutes on the clock and each table will deal three more hands before bagging and tagging.

Championship: Who Wants $3,000?

$2500 + $200 Championship Deep Stack Double Play NLH (Re-Entry)

Any player in the 100k range has a shot at the end of night bonuses.  Matt Elson (Brooklyn, NY) is up to 125k, but nobody has a monster stack.

Eric Panayiotou (Nicosia, Cyprus) says he was up to 135k, but has since dropped to 100k. Chalie Hook (Philadelphia, PA) and Chris Farley (West Deptford, NJ) have been in the mix and still have healthy stacks.

The end of night chip leader earns a $3,000 bonus, while second place gets $2,000.

Level 8 (250/500/50 ante), the last level of the night, is underway.

Kal Awan Chops it up

Surprisingly the all ins have been fast and furious with mixed results and we see five different hands that feature AK

Akiva Wajsbuan (Brooklyn, NY) hits a King with AK against Nancy Martin (Washington Crossing, PA) to get a 10k double-up; Martin drops to 19k.

The flip side is Soheb Porbandarwala (Stamford, CT) hitting an Ace on the river with AK against his opponents pocket Kings for 20k.  Porbandarwala is up to 60k, while is opponent is on the rail.

The other three hands are all AK vs AK that end in chops including Kal Awan (Wayne, NJ) vs Gregg Fishberg (Willow Grove, PA).

Level 7 (200/400/50 ante) continues.
