Steven Tabb (utg) opened for 23k and Abe Korotki called from the small blind.

On the flop of 7 6 4 with two spades, Abe checked, Steven bet 25k, and Abe called.

Turn was an offsuit Jack.  Abe checked, Steven bet 70k, and Abe called.

River was an offsuit 3.  Abe checked, Steven bet 75k and Abe called.

Steven showed pocket 7s for a set and Abe mucked.

Steven chipped up to ~525k.  Abe dropped to ~400k.


Then Steven and Anthony An see a flop of T T 9 with two clubs.

Steven bet 50k, Anthony gave it some thought, then raised to 150k.

Steven jammed and Anthony called all-in for 326k total.

Steven:  T9 suited for trip Tens
Anthony:  KT off for trip Tens with better kicker.

Last two fell J K and Anthony took the pot with a full boat.  He chipped up to over 700k.

Steven was left with ~180k.
