Tension ensued as the final two tables realized they were on the final table bubble.  Most tightened up as they were just one player away from bagging and tagging chips and calling it a night.


Then short stack Michael Schoultz looked down at A♥2♠ and shipped his last 120,000 in.  Everybody folded except Joe "The Jeweler" Gola who tabled A♦ 5♦.

Entire table stands as each critical card hit the felt.

A diamond heavy flop of 3♦ 7♦ 4♣ caused Michael worry as Gola gained outs.

Turn was the Ace ♣.

Fifth Street paired the board with the 7♥.

Gola's 5-kicker plays and Schoultz says his good-byes.

He nursed his short stack through several bust-outs but just fell short settling for 11th Place.

Michael takes Borgata for $9,201.

Joe Gola ends the hand with 1,400,000 as we reach the final table.  The remaining 10 players drawing for new seats as play has ended for the night.
