During the previous level, Moshe Dahan (Brooklyn, NY) was all-in for 24,500 and called by Philip Rinaldi.

Despite flopping a flush draw, Philip did not improve and Moshe doubled up.

It didn't last long, however, and Moshe busted out soon after in 25th place ($1,165). 

Then the blinds went up and players opted to play one more level before bagging chips for the night.
