Event 10: Tales from the Felt

$400 + $50 No Limit Hold'em (Re-Entry)

As play buzz's along stories are flying fast.

As Tommy Spellacy (Staten Island, NY) knocks out his opponent, the players quips, "good luck, sorry I don't have more chips."

Spellacy picks up 25k with KQ against his opponents K9 and is now up to 60k.

Lyle Diamond (Brick, NJ) is still lamenting that he busted twice in last weeks $560 Big Stack tournament in the exact same spot.

Diamond says he had Kings both times and the player directly on his left had Aces. "What are the odds," he asks about the cooler.

It's a higher level calculation than pot odds or outs, so we'll leave the math to someone who has the time and patience to figure it out.

Level 11 (600/1,200/200 ante) continues, the last level before the 7:10 pm dinner break.
